On this day, which marks the anniversary of the death of Miyazawa Kenji, who was from Hanamaki City,
The event will include flower offerings at the Kenji Miyazawa poetry monument, poetry readings at the event venue, choral performances of songs based on Miyazawa's works, and theatrical performances.
Regardless of the weather, the event will be held at Nanjo Elementary School in 2026.
*The flower offering will take place in front of the Kenji Miyazawa poetry monument from 13:00.
