The center of Oohasama once flourished as a post town on the road connecting Morioka and Tono, and Hina dolls such as Kokinbina and Tonobina from the Edo period have been handed down from generation to generation.

 

During the post town's Hina Matsuri, dolls are displayed in dozens of shops and private homes, and with spring just around the corner, many tourists flock to the shopping district.

Other events such as experiences and stage performances will also be held during the event!
