Since our founding in 1904 (Meiji 37), for over a century, we have strived to create a store in Hanamaki that is loved by local customers as well as tourists from all over Japan.
We pride ourselves on our homemade soba noodles, which are made with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour, as well as seasonal soba and dishes using fresh ingredients. We also serve Hanamaki's famous Wanko Soba, with the motto "Freshly boiled, served slowly, and enjoyed."
