For over 100 years since our founding in 1904, we have been creating a store in Hanamaki that is loved by local customers as well as tourists visiting from all over the country.
We pride ourselves on serving our homemade Nihachi soba noodles, as well as seasonal soba noodles and dishes made with ingredients in season, and Hanamaki's specialty Wankosoba noodles, all served with the motto "Freshly boiled, slowly, enjoy."
