Hanamaki Toy Museum
The museum is made using an abundance of hardwood from Iwate Prefecture and is filled with wooden toys and a variety of play equipment, making it an experiential museum that promotes wood education and intergenerational interaction.
It is a multi-generational museum that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from newborn to 100 years old, that conveys the culture and abundant nature of Hanamaki through "toys" and "play." Together with the Marukan Building Restaurant located in the same building, it is a facility that the whole family can enjoy all day long.
